Born in 1967 in Rijeka, where he graduated from medical school in 1991.
In 2000 he specialised in urology, since 2012 he has been a subspecialist in andrology and urological oncology.
He has worked as a urologist in KBC Rijeka, Special Hospital Medico, Health Centre of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and in several private clinics.
Since 2012, he has been an assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka.
He is also a lecturer in urology at other universities.
He is also a member of the European Urological Association, the Board of Directors of the Croatian Urological Association and the President of the Kvarner Health Tourism Cluster.
