Personalised skin care is an approach to skin care in which each individual is offered products and treatments tailored to their specific skin type and individual needs.
Rather than following universal standards, this approach focuses on using products and techniques that will best meet each individual’s unique requirements.

Personalised skin care first assesses the individual’s skin type, including sensitivity, oiliness, dryness, presence of acne and other specific characteristics.
Products and treatments are then selected that will be most effective in addressing these individual concerns.
This may include the use of cleansers, moisturisers, masks, serums and other products that are formulated to target specific skin problems.

    “I was struggling with knee problems. My GP referred me for a check-up and I was diagnosed with arthritis, which required treatment. The only solution was surgery, but I had to wait several months for the procedure. During this time, I would have to take strong painkillers on a daily basis. I did not want to have surgery myself, as I had already had two hip operations, which took a very long time to recover from, and I did not like that, as I am a person who enjoys an active life.
